By accessing or using PM Navigator at pmnavigator.io (“the Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and the operator of PM Navigator (“we”, “us”, “our”), an individual developer based in Ireland.

The free tier of PM Navigator is provided at no charge and grants you access to a limited subset of content as specified on the website at the time of access. The free tier is provided for personal, non-commercial reference use only.

Full access to PM Navigator is available for a one-time purchase of USD $19. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. The purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the full content of PM Navigator as described at the time of purchase.
Prices are displayed in USD and payment is accepted in USD. Your card provider will apply the prevailing exchange rate if your account is held in a different currency. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; any change will not affect purchases already completed.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that Stripe will collect and process your payment card details, billing information, and related transaction data in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy).
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable Irish consumer protection law, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been made available before the end of the withdrawal period where the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
By completing your purchase of PM Navigator full access, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that by doing so you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. This acknowledgement is captured at the point of purchase via the Stripe checkout process.
As PM Navigator is a digital product and access is granted immediately upon payment, all sales are final and no refunds are ordinarily provided. This applies to users in all jurisdictions, including non-EU users for whom no statutory right of withdrawal applies to digital goods.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you have purchased, please contact us at legal@pmnavigator.io. We will endeavour to resolve access issues promptly. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under Irish or EU consumer protection law.

We believe a professional reference tool should be free from commercial interference in its content.
All original content within PM Navigator — including methodology descriptions, written analyses, structural frameworks, mind map designs, infographic layouts, and Application code — is the intellectual property of PM Navigator and its operator.
The underlying methodology frameworks (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, SAFe, Lean, Six Sigma, Kanban, Waterfall, PMBOK etc.) are owned by their respective standards bodies and organisations. Our original descriptions, analyses, and presentations of these frameworks are our own intellectual property.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Application for your own reference and learning purposes. This licence does not permit commercial use, redistribution, or creation of derivative works.
PM Navigator is provided for reference and informational purposes only. While we take care to ensure accuracy and currency of content:
Always verify examination requirements directly with PMI or the relevant certification authority.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PM Navigator and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure in professional examinations.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Application shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or EUR 10 if you are a free tier user.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish or EU consumer protection legislation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes, particularly to paid users.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PM Navigator shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
If you are accessing PM Navigator from outside Ireland, you are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent they apply.
Your use of PM Navigator is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at pmnavigator.io/privacy.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will update the Last Updated date at the top of this document. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days notice to registered email subscribers.
